Salary:

Daily Rate: 225.00
Long Term Daily Rate: $279
*Long Term daily rate starts on the 21st consecutive day in the same assignment.*

Location:

Districtwide: Hawthorne High School, Lawndale High School, Leuzinger High School, Lloyde High School

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Basic Skills Requirement (Pass the CBEST or equivalent. For more info, go to: https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/basic-skills-requirement-(cl-667)
Valid California 30-Day Emergency Substitute Permit OR

Valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential / Education Specialist Instruction Credential OR

Meets requirements for a CA 30-Day Emergency Substitute Permit (https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/30-Day-Substitute-Teaching-Permit-(CL-505p)

You will need to submit the following:

Certificated Online Application
3 Letters of Recommendation (mandatory)
Copy/Screenshot of current, valid California Teaching Credential/Substitute Permit from the CTC website
Copy of all official college transcripts
Copy of CBEST test result or equivalent
Current resume
