Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
FMLA requires employers to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees. For more information, please see the "FMLA Leave Information and Form" document below.
Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires employers to provide employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Please see the "FFCRA Leave Information and Form" below for more information.
