Regular Leaves of Absence
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
FMLA requires employers to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees. For more information, please see the "FMLA Leave Information and Form" document below.
Supplemental Paid Sick Leave (SPSL) for COVID-19
SPSL requires employers to provide up to 80 hours of COVID-19 related sick leave from January 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. Please see the documents below for additional information, or call Human Resources for assistance.
