Project Labor Agreement
The Centinela Valley Union High School District Measure CV Bond is
subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). All multi-trade
construction contracts that exceed $175,000 and all prime specialty
contracts that exceed $20,000 are included in the PLA.
