Wellness Centers
Each CVUHSD has a fully staffed Wellness Center to provide social emotional support to all CV students. Walk-ins are welcome but students are encouraged to see their counselors for a referral for service.
 
Wellness Center Services may include:safe
  • mental health consultation
  • brief intervention
  • individual or group counseling
  • meditation/mindfulness workshops
  • grief and loss support
  • referrals to community-based organizations
  • and more 
 
School Counselors 
CVUHSD Counselors can assist students with:
  • preferred and legal name and gender changes
  • support plans,
  • counseling,
  • referrals to outside agencies.
