hi there I wanted to let you know that I've set you up with some administrative rights on your Google domain so that you can help to manage the student passwords because we know that enough so go ahead and log in to Google with your cvuhsd. Org account it should take you straight to Gmail in the upper right-hand corner there's a little can you click on that you can go down you should see now manage this domain under your options so click on that scan open a new window for Newtown and what you should see here is that you can actually manage your users now the easiest thing to do really two just start looking it up so I'm starting to look up Gutierrez and looking for the student maybe I don't see that user so I'm going to go ahead and click here and under Lawndale oh you there's nothing but if you extend that list and click on LW students you'll see your list of students can you can find them on this list if you want to scroll or you can also them up this way either way once you click on the students going to open up a little profile for them once you get to their profile there is three dots in the upper right hand corner of the profile you click on that you enter the new password twice let the student know what you reset their password to the default password is there student ID number three times so you could just use that and then and now that it's been reset to that and by checking this box you're going to require them to change their password on the next sign in if you don't want to do that you would uncheck that box once you reset it's going to say okay and the gives you an option of emailing the student the information about how log back in but unless you have an email address for the student there's not really a way to email them so you would have to let them know reset their password if they're unable to do it themselves thanks for watching
