Select one of the following Enrollment/Disenrollment Options:
  • New Student Registration:
    • Any student who has not registered before into Centinela Valley Union High School District (CVUHSD)
  • Current Student Registration:
    • Any returning student who has registered in the past into Centinela Valley Union High School District (CVUHSD)
  • Interdistrict Permits:
    • Any student who desires to either enter or exit the district and does not live within CVUHSD boundaries
  • Enrollment Verification Form:
    • Information needed to verify current student enrollment for social security or other legal situations
