The job of Document Management Technician is done for the purpose of operating maintaining document equipment such as copies, scanners postage meters; deliver completed duplicating projects to school sites; perform tasks required in warehouse operations including receiving and distribution of goods and materials.
The job of Lead Custodian is done for the purpose/s of providing custodial services at assigned sites; ensuring an attractive, sanitary and safe environment for students, staff and visitors; performing a variety of special cleaning operations; overseeing the preparation of facilities for classroom activities and campus events; overseeing and supporting assigned custodians in the performance of their assignments; and ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner.
The job of Lead Safety Officer is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional process with specific responsibilities for the safety and welfare of students during classroom and non-classroom activities; minimizing the frequency and/or severity of harmful incidents; and communicating observations and/or incidents that have a potential impact on the general well being of students, school personnel, and/or visitors.
The job of Payroll Specialist is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the payroll process with specific responsibility for processing of payroll information in accordance with established practices and procedures; reviewing source documents and preparing preliminary and final reports; and responding to employee questions relating to payroll processes.
The job of Purchasing Analyst is done for the purpose/s of providing support to department activities with specific responsibility for implementing purchasing activities in compliance with mandated requirements; overseeing daily activities; responding to a range of inquiries regarding processes or bid status; and achieving department objectives and goals within budget.

The job of Safety Officer is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional process with specific responsibilities for the safety and welfare of students while on school grounds; monitoring personnel and/or visitors; communicating information in response to inquires; and enforcing the school and District rules and regulations pertaining to student academic behavior and drug prevention.
